Simply a Barn is a private, full service boarding barn with 24 hour security cameras and always has someone on site. 

Our stalls are solid bricked walled, indoor 12'x12' with an attached  12'x36' outdoor pipe stall run.  The brick indoor stall is cool in the summer and warm in the winter.  Well ventilated with cool breezes in the summer yet still a warm retreat indoors for the winter.

There is a nice large cemented wash rack, located just outside the front of the stalls as well.

Nicely shaded areas with chairs for enjoyment of the peaceful outdoors.

Care details:

- We feed Timothy/Orchard Hay (we are slowly phasing this out and changing to Bermuda hay) at 1.5-2% of the horses weight daily. It is recommended to supplement with 1 lb of balancer feed and 2 tablespoons of iodized salt daily.  The feeding regimen above is recommended by a local veterinarian we use at our barn.

- Fresh Water at all times and skimmed between refreshings

- Pelleted Pine Bedding 

- Twice daily manure removal (weather permitting)

- Blanketing & Blanket removal (if needed / you provide blanket)

- Fly mask placement  & removal (you provide mask(s)

- Fly sheet or fly spray application (you provide product(s)

- If you have other dietary needs, we ask for you to provide them and we will be more than happy to follow your regimen.

- Tack room with refrigerator & deadbolt lock (a key will be provided)

- Free horse trailer parking is included with board.  Accommodating a large trailer will depend on the availability of current space. 

- 24 hour turn outs on rotation (every 3rd day, unless group turnout is safe)

- The facility has ample lighting at night

- Backed up to endless BLM - Doney Park Trails 

- Round Pen also available

Please note:  There is no sand in our facility.  The ground is fine dirt.

We take the time to create a trust bond with all of the horses boarded here, for

their mental wellbeing, safety and emergency situations.

 $600/mo for a month to month basis

 $550/mo for a 6+ month lease

Traveling overnights are accepted on a case by case basis.  Current coggins test paperwork is required.  Pricing varies depending on the number of horses you need accommodations for, and if you are staying in a RV on the premises.  Please give us a call for pricing and scheduling;  928-221-5159

 Note: If your horse is not socialized, hard to catch, destructive, or unsafe in any way, we will not be able to provide our services.  We also do not accept stallions on the premises.  Horses must be able tolerate other farm animals (chickens, cats, dogs, etc.)
